About me

Olivia Heinis grew up between Verbier and the canton of Neuchâtel. After completing a full law degree besides Universities of Neuchâtel and Lucerne, Me Olivia Heinis passed the bar exam in 2012. She then completed her training with a post-graduate diploma (LL.M) obtained from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.

Olivia Heinis practiced within the ZPG-Pierre Heinis law firm in Neuchâtel as an associate between 2012 and 2014. Between 2015 and 2018, Olivia Heinis worked for the Financial Market Supervisory Authority - FINMA - in Bern, where she held positions in the Enforcement – international cooperation and Asset Management divisions. During her years at FINMA, Olivia Heinis acquired solid experience in financial market regulations ; she also completed two certificates- fit for finance and fit for asset management from the University of St. Gallen.

Wishing to practice her activity independently, Me Olivia Heinis is now based in Verbier. Registered in the Valais register of lawyers, Me Heinis offers local and international clients a comprehensive service, ranging from advice to legal representation.
